Analysis of the selected company was made on firm which provides SPA treatment. Results of analysis of external enviroment are negative influence of political and economic factors. Most positive impact have technological factors. Best results of the financial analysis reached indicators of liquidity, debt and indicators of bankruptcy models. Low return of assets and turnover time of claim are deficiencies. Current position of company is very good in terms of financial stability.

This Diploma´s thesis deals with complete analysis of company Vinařství LAHOFER, a.s. The thesis includes analyses of SLEPTE, Porter ´s five forces model, fundamental analysis, Kralicek ´s Quick test, chosen indexes of finance analysis and SWOT analysis. On the basis of these analyses have been processed some suggested recommendations, which could improve the current situation of the company.

This master's thesis focuses on the company analysis that is doing a business in the field of agriculture particularly in viniculture. The preamble theoretical part is dedicated to the basic theses of selected analytical methods, which are the SWOT analysis, SLEPTE analysis, Porter's analysis, Fundamentals analysis and Quick test. These methods are applied in the practical part. The last part contains the recommendation to improve the present situation of the company.

Diplomová práce se zaoberá analýzou současného stavu Agentury - Pro-staff s.r.o., která je využita na tvorbu návrhov pro rozvoj společnosti. V první části jsou definovány cíle a metodika práce, zatímco druhá část obsahuje teoretické podklady pro část třetí, která se věnuje analýzám. Pozornosť je venovaná macro a micro okolí. Poslední část obsahuje vlastní návrhy autora, ktoré sú vytvorené na základe výsledkov z analytickej časti. Návrhy se týkají řízení lidských zdrojů, ochrany jména a značky firmy, neustálého zlepšování, kvality ich sluzeb a sdílení informací a komunikaci v rámci společnosti.

The diploma work deals with complex analysis of the firm. The theoretical part specifies selected method for analysis. The analytical part applies the findings into the selected firm and followes them up to the recommendation as for decreasing them as for solving some of them , all in condition of the enterpreneurship branch and contemporary economical situation.
